Went in looking for an affordable minivan for our growing family. Salesman Mikell was amazing and got to know our family and understand our needs. Manager John worked with us to give a very fair deal on our trade in and worked to meet us where we needed to be to drive away same day. Made us feel like a priority without being too pushy. They said they wanted to gain a customer and I will come back when I buy my next one too.

I appreciate the quick turn around time from time of "non appointment" emergency drop off until my 2024 Silverado was ready for pickup. Loved the video I received from Mechanic Frankie, very detailed and I knew exactly what was wrong and how it was completed. Service writer needs customer service training and the superior attitude towards women was a huge disappointment. Women love to drive trucks also....not just men. I felt like I was being treated like a simpleton and had to be hand fed information.
