I found my dream sports car online. After speaking to some extremely condescending sales people from other dealerships, I was apprehensive of going in, but I am very glad I did! Barry was awesome, conversation was easy. Zero pressure and he explained everything perfectly. Great dealership. Great salesman.
While the overall experience was very good the initial greeting was less than satisfactory. I had pulled in front of the yellow line and i did not see any signage to indicate that's the stopping point while waiting for the next open bay. I was then gruffly greeted by an individual who stated I needed to back up and asked whether or not I had been there before. After backing up I was coldly asked about the reason for my visit and told to wait until it was my turn for an open bay.

Considering the hassle involved in a new purchase, they made it a tolerable experience. Called the day prior to talk about a few cars and when I got there the next day, all of them were sitting in a line by the front door. Fantastic customer service. Highly recommend

I am out of state, and he was very accommodating for getting my car inspected at a 3rd party shop and having undercoating applied at another local shop. No nonsense , straight forward pricing. They do a good job, the techs get the job done quick, but the guys doing the paperwork take longer than it takes to do the work on the car. You guys could get so many more cars through if you’d speed up the paperwork side of things.
I bought my 2018 Traverse here back in September of 2024 and had a wonderful experience with them I made the decision to get GAP insurance on my loan and get the best warranty they had to offer me on a used vehicle as well. My Buick Encore overheated on the way to taking my cat to the vet. Very hot day, around 90° so I pulled into Bob Brown Chevrolet on an emergency basis. The first person I interacted with was the greeter, but she went over and above what a greeter usually does. She plugged the scanner into my car and printed out the results so they were all available to the service advisor. Very hospitable place overall. I was initially disappointed because I didn't feel that they could tell me what was wrong with my car and why it happened w/o warning, and then again when they called back to tell me it was going to cost $3,000+ and I still didn't understand the problem. Just shocked I guess because I had no problems up till then with 85,000 miles vehicle and certainly with any transmission issue. Subsequent research of my own suggests the problem is not so unusual. Bob Lundy of Bob Brown's Urbandale's service department is the best. They have serviced my cars for years. As a woman, I'm sure many women have gone to a service department and the person whom you are talking to doesn't think you know what you are talking about because you are a woman. Bob has never treated me that way. I always call Bob when my car needs servicing. Carol
